We have verified that everyone works as expected. The database maintenance is complete.
From 13:12 to 13:23 UTC, checks were not scheduled at their normal frequency due to an incident in our check scheduling service. This incident is now resolved, and checks are again running at their configured frequency.
API repsonse times and error rates are back to normal levels. We identified a third party service provider as the possible culprit and investigating with them. We scaled up our deployments preemptively and keep monitoring closely.
We see check failure rates dropped back to normal levels. Cloudflare resolved their incident.
The service has made full recovery.
Result processing in private locations has been fully restored. All systems are operating normally.
