app.checklyhq.com degraded performance
Incident Report for Checkly
Postmortem

An incident with our hosting provider Heroku (https://status.heroku.com/incidents/2677) caused a partial outage. In particular, this caused our web application and public dashboards to load slowly. It also caused errors for our public API, Terraform, the Checkly CLI, and Heartbeat checks. Since Private Locations rely on the API for fetching check run jobs, check runs on Private Locations were not scheduled correctly during this incident. Check runs on public locations continued running normally during this time, though, and were not affected.

The incident was active on July 29 during 12:15-12:30 UTC, 13:00-13:15 UTC, and 13:45-14:45 UTC.
