Increased check result processing latency

Incident Period: 17th May 08:30 UTC - 20th May 16:00 UTC

The check result processing pipeline experienced increased latency, affecting checks with a frequency of 2 minutes and below. Checks with a frequency higher than 2 minutes were not affected. As a result of the increased latency, some high-frequency check runs were skipped due to being locked as still in progress. The issue was resolved as of 20th May 16:00 UTC. The pipeline is now operating normally, and we are implementing measures to prevent reoccurrence.
