Increaser error rates on Puppeteer browser checks on runtime 2021.06

Over the last two days (28-07 and 29-07) we saw and increasing amount of intermittent errors for Browser check workloads running Puppeteer on runtime 2021.06.

These errors were scattered across customer accounts and checks and focussed on the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt) and us-east-1 (Virginia) regions. Customer might have encountered the following errors:

- no space left on device
- Target closed

We identified the issue and rolled out a patch and are monitoring to see if this occurs again.
